Where to begin with this service.... The first cleaner they supplied spoke very little English and was quite frankly awful. We contacted FK Domestics who sent their best ever cleaner who had a basic understanding of English. The next cleaner was just as bad - her cleaning skills were pretty much non existent - she was more interested in her smoking breaks most of which she spent screaming down the phone at someone. She did not understand the most basic questions, helped herself to countless cups of coffee, and ignored the most basic requests Out of the blue she announced she would not be returning, said she hated the agency, and said to contact them which I did. At this point the friendly FK Domestics became hostile told us this was down to the fact that out house was to difficult to clean. The office manager is one of the rudest, vilest individuals that I have very had to deal with. They were so patronising and obnoxious I terminated my relationship with them creating a torrent of abusive responses. A couple of weeks later we came to pack for a holiday and noticed over £500 of designer clothes were missing - not that I'm saying the two are related, but given that there had been no one else in the house at all it seems a little odd. Upon further investigation it turned out that the glowing references were fake and not only did the referees not exist but neither did, in ine case, the address. Trading Standards are now involved and have advised me to involve the Police which I intend to do.
