ABOUT
Focus Health and Safety's primary activity is the management of specialist Noise and Vibration training courses.
Working to a common set of principles, The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and Local Authorities (LAs) both enforce 'a significant amount' of legislation. Primary Legislation, such as The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 is substantiated or supported by secondary legislation known as 'regulations'.
The HSE and LAs enforce at local, regional and national levels - meaning that business of all sizes need to be highly aware of their evolving health and safety obligations.
In 2005, revised 'Noise at Work Regulations' and 'Vibration at Work Regulations' were published and these are currently enforced.
As a response, Focus Health and Safety are dedicated to the provision of Health and Safety training courses in these areas and can cater for almost any business or organisation that has a need for noise and vibration training.
