They were also very quick with getting me in and out of the office though not especially friendly.

A great deal and excellent customer service provided by Monza Car Hire. The whole experience was great. The shuttle driver was great, positive, welcoming. Went to the counter, no waiting, the young lady was professional and no up selling. read more >>

This company just rocks. They are easy to reach on the phone, polite and also informative. They also accept debit cards, which hardly any rental agencies. Never had a bad experience with the crew here. read more >>

I take southwest, get off the plane, go downstairs, turn left, walk less than half a mile due east to the Midway office, file out a few forms and I'm on my way. The car is clean and reliable, the people are all friendly, and the location is great.

If you want a chance to drive a car that you probably won't buy this is the companies that will help you do it. They've been super helpful every time. Always friendly and their cars have been perfect for me. Definitely not a budget rental place, but cool nonetheless.

The website is userfriendly and the booking process easy. I would have appreciated better clarity on the insurances and what is covered by it. Lucky enough we had a very professional agent at car handover who explained us everything and presented us the options. read more >>
