ABOUT
Established in 2000, MR Associates is considered the UK's leading consultancy specialising in the housing benefit scheme as it applies to supported housing. We work of charities, social housing providers and other non-profit-making organisations that need specialist advice, representation and training around the housing benefit scheme specifically in relation to supported 'exempt accommodation'.
MR Associates have licensed access with the Bar Standards Board and are recognised by the Faculty of Advocates as a Direct Access Body and an Accredited Advice Agency. This means we can instruct a barrister (in England and Wales), or an advocate (in Scotland) without the need for a solicitor.
We have an outstanding track record working for not-for-profit organisations and successfully resolving housing benefit disputes. The services we provide enable organisations to support their occupants without becoming entrenched in complex housing benefit issues.
