I visited this yoga retreat centre recently and it has significantly helped me relax and escape the stress that I regularly experience as part of day to day life. It was a 5 day break in beautiful Malaga, southern Spain Before I arrived I didn’t know what to expect at this yoga retreats centre. Maybe that was a good thing as the sessions, teachers and service, was all exceptional. One teacher in particular, Namit Kathoria, was very committed to all the clients to achieve what they wanted through this yoga retreats break. I visited this yoga retreat centre recently and it has significantly helped me relax and escape the stress that I regularly experience as part of day to day life. It was a 5 day break in beautiful Malaga, southern Spain. Before I arrived I didn't know what to expect at this yoga retreats centre.
