Your Court offers a bespoke legal service to individuals who are representing themselves in legal proceedings. We are committed to the highest standards of service delivery, client care and communication, offering you tailored advice so you can confidently represent yourself.
At your court we understand that each case, or application is different and personal to the claimant. We recognise that the level and type of legal assistance and/or guidance required may also be different. Further, we appreciate that if you have chosen to represent yourself, you will avoid the significant legal bill(s) that all Solicitor firms will inevitably charge. Which is why at your court we let you decide on the level of support, or guidance that you need.
From the various packages that we have designed, you choose the level of support that is required. As qualified Solicitors our Legal Counsellor's disciplines range from Small Claims actions, Breach of Contract, to Unfair Dismissal applications in Employment Tribunals, which make them well versed and equipped to provide you with the support that's relevant to you
