When I was in Moscow some time ago, Scott mended my Mum\'s computers, both work and home ones, remotely over the Internet - from Bristol! The computers had been really slow, full of viruses that prevented installation of the anti-virus programs, and the computers crashed all the time.
Scott took over the damaged computer via remote Internet access that he arranged through a mobile phone working through the Wi-Fi connection and quickly dealt with all the problems.
It was easier and cheaper for Scott to mend those computers over the Internet from Bristol, than for my Mum to find some trustworthy guys to do repairs in Moscow. :)
Both my Mum, her employees at work and I were very happy.
We would recommend Compufix-Bristol to anyone!\"
