How long until my listing is live?
Most listings are checked and live within minutes of confirming your email. A few need a person to look at them, which is usually the same day.
Is the free listing really free?
Yes. No card, no trial, no catch, and it stays free for as long as you want it. Your listing page can rank in Google in its own right, as thousands of ours do. But a free listing does nothing for your own website's SEO: its link to your site is nofollow, so Google doesn't count it, and free listings sit below Premium ones on every page. If you want customers to see you first and your website to get the benefit, that's what Premium is for.
How do I go Premium?
Once you're listed, choose Premium from your dashboard and pay by card: £49.99 a year, or £149 once for life. Your listing changes straight away.
Can I cancel yearly Premium?
Any time, from your dashboard. Your listing stays Premium to the end of the year you've paid for, then goes back to free. It's never removed.
What does lifetime mean?
One payment, and your listing is Premium for as long as it's on Project WORD. Nothing to renew. Over ten years that works out at just £14.90 a year, not bad for a top spot on a directory like this. And there are only ever two featured spots on each page.
