Laser Cutting

2KW laser cutting system capable of processing 3000 x 1500mm sheets in mild steel, stainless, aluminium, zintec & pre-anodised materials.

CNC Punching

32 station high speed CNC punch with two 360° indexing stations able to process material 2500 x 1250 mm up to 6mm thick & 8mm aluminium without the product leaving the machine reducing handling & therefore reducing labour costs.

Folding/ Forming

We have the facility to form panels up to 3110mm with a 120 tonne capacity.

Welding

We undertake all types of welding including mig, tig, arc, spot, stud & gas welding. Our welding section offers 2 dedicated fully equipped welding bays. We also have facilities for cylindrical welding.
